Beth A. Kennelly is a 1992 graduate of Brooklyn Law School and earned a B.A. from Fordham University, graduating cum laude in 1989. Ms. Kennelly was previously with the firms of Beck & Iannuzzi and Klein & Disomma where she was a trial attorney handling construction litigation cases, property damage matters, insurance coverage issues and motor vehicle accident cases. In 2002, Ms. Kennelly began her own practice continuing to handle negligence defense litigation matters, including premises liability and products liability cases, employment practices liability, as well as directors and officers liability issues. Ms. Kennelly’s practice concentrates on advising and representing insurance companies in coverage disputes, with a particular emphasis on construction claims, premises liability and product liability claims. She also handles a variety of commercial litigation matters. She has experience in all levels of New York State appellate practice. Ms. Kennelly joined the firm in 2008 and is admitted to practice in both New York State and Federal courts. She is also a member of the New York State Bar Association. |
