Leslie V. Fischer is a 2009 graduate of New York Law School. In 2006, she received both a B.A. in Political Science and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh. While at the University of Pittsburgh, Ms. Fischer chaired the Election Committee of the University’s Student Government. During law school, she spent time as a legal articles editor and staff writer for New York Law School’s student-run newspaper, De Novo, dealing with an array of legal topics. Ms. Fischer’s prior experience includes interning for the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General’s Consumer Mediation Unit in Philadelphia, as well as with a Hudson County Superior Court Judge in Jersey City, New Jersey. She worked for a law firm in the City of New York handling negligence matters, in addition to a Long Island based firm where she handled family law cases. Since joining the firm in October of 2009, Ms. Fischer has handled various construction site accident cases, premises liability lawsuits and motor vehicle litigation including the preparation of pleadings, substantive motions and discovery documents. |
