Vera Tsai is a 2006 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. She received her bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University in Connecticut on a full scholarship. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Tsai was an associate attorney at Dansker & Aspromonte Associates handling complex personal injuries matters. While in law school, Ms. Tsai clerked at McElroy Deutsch Mulvaney and Carpenter LLP in the Newark office in New Jersey, handing various civil litigation matters. She also interned with New Jersey Superior Court Judge Hon. Richard C. Camp in Essex County, New Jersey. During law school, Ms. Tsai worked as an intern at New York City Councilman Alan Gerson’s office dealing with legislative issues. Ms. Tsai is well-versed in all aspects of negligence litigation, with specialty in motor vehicle and premises matters. She possesses a wide range of civil litigation experience, including conducting depositions, attending arbitrations and mediations, appellate practice, and jury trial experience. Ms. Tsai is admitted in the state bars of New York and New Jersey. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in German. |
