Matthew J. Zizzamia graduated with a B.A. from the University of Arizona in 1997, and received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 2001. Prior to joining Hannum Feretic Prendergast & Merlino, LLC, he was a senior attorney with the law firm of Curan, Ahlers, Fiden & Norris, where his practice ranged from matters involving insurance coverage disputes and toxic tort litigation, to premises liability and general liability claims. An experienced trial attorney, Mr. Zizzamia has tried numerous cases to verdict on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in multiple venues throughout the Supreme Court of the State of New York. He also has an experienced and diverse appellate practice, and has successfully argued multiple cases before the Appellate Divisions of the New York State Supreme Court. Mr. Zizzamia has a broad range of experience in complex insurance and reinsurance litigation, legal malpractice, arbitrations, mediations, and coverage analysis. Mr. Zizzamia is admitted to practice in the State of New York. |
