Vito A. Biundo obtained his B.A. Degree in history from Fordham University in 1998. Mr. Biundo earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 2002. Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Mr. Biundo was an associate with the law firms of London Fischer, LLP and Bivona & Cohen, PC. Mr. Biundo is well versed in all aspects of defense of personal injury litigation with a particular emphasis on New York Labor Law, premises liability and automobile liability inclusive of related insurance coverage and indemnification issues. Mr. Biundo has a great deal of experience in high exposure and complex multi-party litigation. He also represents corporate clients in commercial litigation.Mr. Biundo was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2003. |
